Eligibility - All Active Members with at least three years of continuous membership in the Academy are eligible to apply for fellowship. Please list your years of Academy membership below.

Record of Service - All applicants for fellowship must be able to demonstrate a significant* record of service and contribution to the field of prosthetics and orthotics. Please list your record of service below. *Examples of significant service include volunteer leadership, chairing a society or committee, residency director, significant involvement in legislative activities, education, mentoring, or research arenas that are intended to further the profession of orthotics and prosthetics.

Education/Certification Requirement - Fellow candidates have three pathways in which they can meet the education/certification requirement. Please list your education/certification pathway below.

All applicants must have:

  1. Attained ABC certification prior to March 2004.
    OR
  2. Attained ABC certification post March 2004 and have passed the ABC exam.
    OR
  3. Attained ABC certification post March 2004. Applicant must hold a formal degree or graduate diploma/qualification in a related or associated field that is recognized by the Academy.
