Discuss the orthotic management of Scoliosis and Kyphosis including the etiology, natural history and treatment of Idiopathic Scoliosis and Scheuermann's Kyphosis as well as the classification and definition of Scoliosis. Review biomechanical considerations, assess present day Scoliosis Management systems, the pediatric spine, and nocturnal considerations. Consider the psychological impacts and different pathologies.
