State-of-the-Science Conference Participant Questionnaire

While the objective of each State-of-the-Science Conference (SSC) has been to understand the current literature and recommend good clinical practices relative to a specific topic it is equally important that we evaluate the manner in which a SSC is conducted. Your feedback from the following survey will allow us to perform a procedural evaluation and to enhance the key elements necessary for a successful SSC. We thank you in advance for your participation in this survey.
