Registration and Tickets

Everyone, including exhibitors and booth assistants, must complete a registration form. Badges and event tickets will be distributed on-site. Avoid the early Wednesday morning rush and pick up your meeting materials and name badge on Tuesday, March 18 from 3:00–5:00 pm. Press registration is open only to editorial staff (credentials required) and admits the holder to the Clinical Sessions and Exhibit Halls during exposition hours only. Individuals must pick up their badges on-site. Press passes will not be issued for sales, marketing, or advertising personnel. Limit two press passes per publication.

Any refunds/cancellations made before February 18, 2003 are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the registration amount. After February 18, 2003, no refunds of registration fees will be granted. Refunds for optional functions are not available. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Substitutions made after February 18, 2003 will be gladly accommodated, but will be assessed a 10% processing fee. Registration fees paid to the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists may be deductible for federal income tax purposes as ordinary and necessary business expenses. "I get excited about the Academy meeting. I look forward to the strong emphasis on educational aspects. The presentations give me the chance to evaluate and improve my own treatment protocols, and to evaluate these clinical methods with other colleagues. The meeting gives me the opportunity to catch up with good friends, and to plan out my professional year and goals with five or six other colleagues that are as excited about this profession as I am. And for those that know me as a performing magician, the meeting also gives me the chance to show a little magic and have a great time."
