The sponsor will be charged a fee of $900 per showcase. Any audiovisual or other needs must be arranged for and paid for by the sponsor. If such arrangements are necessary, you will be advised of the "official" audiovisual contact.
The Academy cannot be held liable for any costs incurred by the sponsoring company for "no-show" attendees.
There will be no refund issued if a sponsoring company cancels once they have been accepted.
Deadline for receipt of abstracts is October 1, 2004 (for inclusion in the preliminary program)
The tentative showcase schedule is:
Thursday & Friday: 11:00 - 11:30am; 11:30am - Noon; Noon - 12:30pm; 12:30 - 1:00pm; 1:00 - 1:30pm; 3:30 - 4:00pm.
Use of equipment in a Product Display Showcase: It shall be the responsibility of the host company to ensure that the company is in compliance with existing fire and safety regulations. It is advised that each company hosting a showcase contact the Convention Services Manager at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, (407) 939-3904 for the purpose of ascertaining applicable regulations and the existence of any restrictions (ie. ovens).
