Reservations may be made by completing the housing form in the back of the Preliminary Program and mail or fax to numbers indicated on the form. Reservations may also be made by phone (407) 939-1020. You are encouraged to make your reservations early. The discounted hotel rate expires February 11, 2005.

Orthotic and Prosthetic Assistance Fund (OPAF)

Charity Golf Tournament - Thranhardt Golf Classic

Complete registration and sponsorship information will soon be available on the Orthotic & Prosthetic Assistance Fund (OPAF) website at www.opfund.org. Please contact Julie Besaha, OPAF Director of Operations, directly (email or tel. 202-223-2878) to register or to receive additional information. The individual registration fee for the tournament is $150, the foursome registration fee is $600, and the Corporate Sponsorship Special, which includes 1 hole sponsorship and 4 individual registrations, is $700 (a savings of $50).

Airport Shuttle

Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is located 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport. Mears Transportation Services offers airport transfers to the hotel for $17 per person each way or $29 round trip. Children 4-11 run $13 each way or $21 round trip, kids under 3 are free. Reservations are not necessary as there are four Mears Transport Kiosks in the baggage claim area. Cabs are also available and will run approximately $50 each way.

PLAN AHEAD – these rates are only good if purchased before February 20. These special rates can be used for your family to get the most out of each day, or for yourself to save Big Bucks on lower late afternoon rates. The rates are also available for three days before and after the meeting. Take a few extra days and enjoy yourself...make it a vacation!

What to Wear

Business casual is appropriate attire to all programs and events. Air conditioning in hotels runs on the cool side so plan accordingly. March temperatures average 55-75 degrees.
