Welcome to the NCOPE Residency Program Development Course. This online learning resource is designed to systematically guide you through the steps required for qualification as a residency program and to help you develop the most effective residency experience for new graduates.
This comprehensive course is organized into three sections:

Each section contains a series of individual modules that provide specific information to help you prepare to become an accredited program, develop an effective clinical education program, and assess resident abilities and your program's effectiveness. Quizzes are embedded throughout the course to verify your understanding and facilitate earning ABC MCE credits.
