Program Title:Personality Profiling for Better Team Management or…
Don’t Force a Soprano to sing Bass-
How to make beautiful music in the workplace
Without paying attention to a singer’s natural range or
Finding a way of blending voices in ways that compliment the others –
A choir is simply a lot of noise.
There are just as distinct voice types in the office. Each one is
identifiable as a personality type . Unless the types are understood,
the workplace becomes a disharmonious and the team never occurs.
There are ways to evaluate these traits to be sure everyone’s
strengths are maximized and weaknesses shored up by fellow team
members.
It is like creating a choir.
Objectives
Attendees will have a clear understanding of their own personality type
by going thru the DISC profile. Discussion of Myers-Briggs will also be
discussed. Each type will be discussed after the profiles are established.
Once there is clarity on all the types, we will discuss the essence of
building teams. Each type contributes to the team and learning how to
recognize the “types” will leave attendees with clear insight and
direction to build their team
