All education sessions, with the exclusion of Speed Networking come with an audiovisual package which includes a screen, projector, laptop, remote, sound, and podium mic.
Opportunity for Non-Exhibiting Companies
Starting each June, the Academy is pleased to offer select educational session sponsorships to non-exhibiting companies. Don’t miss this unique chance to engage with the O&P community and elevate your brand’s influence. To make your reservation, please contact Kate Feuling at kfeuling@oandp.org.
One single-day, non-credit earning registration is included with each purchased session for non-exhibiting companies.

Exhibit Space Add-On
If you’re launching or promoting a new product or service, opt in to our New Product or Service Sponsorship. We’ll create a custom sign or sticker for your booth and add a special icon on the main floor plan directional wall, in the exhibitor directory, on the printed on-site map, and in the mobile app—making it easier for attendees to find you and prioritize their visit.
Educational Session Add-Ons
Looking to draw attention to your sponsored educational session? Enhance its visibility by purchasing an ad in our on-site My Meeting Guide. Your ad will be placed in a prominent 2" x 2" space where you can include an image, a brief description, or any relevant details to spotlight your session.
Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity available only for for those with a sponsored education session (you must also be an exhibiting company). Your session will be promoted through a push notification sent out 15 minutes prior to its start time, ensuring maximum visibility and encouraging attendance.

Meeting Room Rental
Available to exhibiting companies only.
Are you looking for a space to host some clients or to meet as a team during the event? If yes, we are offering up our space, based on our availability. This 1/2 day rental is for either a morning or evening slot.
This price includes just the room. If you need A/V or any F&B, we will connect you directly with a hotel representative. If you need to get into your room early, we suggest booking a full day.
