How it Works:

1 Submit Your Topics: Share ideas and propose discussion topics that excite you. By submitting a topic, you are committing to share content on that topic, so please only submit topics you are prepared to present.

2 Shape the Agenda: Once registration closes, active contributors will vote on submitted topics. The most popular ideas will shape the final program, with a maximum of four topics selected.

3 Be Ready to Lead: All participants are encouraged to contribute their voices. This is a space for sharing, not perfection.

Before the Event

Cohort members will receive access to an exclusive private community board where they can introduce themselves, share experiences and perspectives, and exchange ideas in advance of the upcoming Unconference. It’s an opportunity to start the conversation early and build momentum before the live event begins.
