How it works
Log in / Create your account. If you’re already exhibiting, your comp codes should have been emailed to you. 
Add your team. Register your complimentary badges, then add any Additional Exhibitor, Single-Day, or other badge types as needed.
Check out & review confirmations. Upon checkout, enter your coupon code to receive your discount. You’ll receive a confirmation email and details for hotel, service kit, and onsite logistics.

Key policies & FYIs

Complimentary badges

Two full-conference badges are included per exhibit space and are validated to your booth number/ZIP during registration. If they aren’t populating, contact kfeuling@oandp.org.

Setup & tear-down windows

Set-Up: Tue Feb 17 (2:00–8:00 PM) & Wed Feb 18 (8:00 AM–4:00 PM). Tear-Down: Fri Feb 20 (after 3:00 PM). Please follow Freeman/venue rules as noted in the exhibitor service kit.

Refunds

Refunds follow the meeting’s standard policy and may include a processing fee. Ancillary function purchases may be non-refundable.

Protect yourself from scams

We do not sell attendee lists or use third-party hotel vendors. Ignore solicitations claiming to sell our attendee list or “discount hotel blocks.”
