CASE REPORT: Utilizing A Disinfection Technology to Assist in Healing Infected Residual Limb Wound (AM2026-CT02)

This Case Report examines using the Bluewave Device, a novel vacuum-infusion disinfection system, to kill pathogens on prosthetic liners to assist in healing wounds present on the residual limbs of diabetic amputees, as well as reducing the need for wound care interventions and decreasing time spent out of prosthesis.
