The Step-Up Dues Program is designed specifically for newly certified orthotic and prosthetic professionals, offering a graduated dues structure during your first years of certification so you can stay engaged, connected, and supported as you launch your career.

Graduated Dues Structure

Ease into full membership with a step-up approach:

Year 1 $99
Year 2 $199
Year 3 $299
Year 4 Full Professional Membership Rate

Dues may be prorated based on your enrollment date in accordance with the Academy’s standard prorating policy.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Have earned your initial orthotist, prosthetist, or orthotist/prosthetist certification through ABC
  • Enroll within 12 months of your certification date
  • The Step-Up Dues Program is available only once per individual

How to Enroll

Complete the Step-Up Dues Program application.

Provide your ABC certification year.

Academy staff will verify your certification.

Once approved, you’ll be enrolled as a Professional Member under the program.

Program Requirements

  • Maintain continuous Academy membership
  • Enroll in automatic payments (auto-pay)

Important Notes

  • The Step Up dues program cannot be applied retroactively.
  • The Academy’s standard membership policies, including prorating, apply.
  • The Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Current participants will continue under the terms in effect at the time of enrollment.
