One of the key ways we achieve this is through our sponsored educational sessions, providing a platform to share valuable insights and expertise. All education sessions include an audiovisual package with a screen, projector, laptop, remote, sound, and a podium mic.
Educational Sponsorship Availability: Educational sessions are available to exhibiting companies only unless you fall into the Diamond/Diamond+ partnership category. Diamond and Diamond+ exhibiting partners may designate wholly owned or affiliated businesses to participate in sponsored educational sessions included within their partnership agreement. The Diamond/Diamond+ partner must be the exhibiting and contracting organization. Affiliated businesses do not receive separate exhibitor or sponsorship status through this provision.

SESSION ASSIGNMENTS: Sessions are assigned by type and organized by topic to minimize overlap. However, due to some concurrent sessions, limited topic overlap may occur.
UNOPPOSED HOURS: The exhibit hall unopposed hours are reserved exclusively for attendees to connect with exhibitors and sponsors. No Academy clinical education sessions will be scheduled during these times, allowing attendees to explore the exhibit hall without competing educational programming.
Exhibit Space Add-On
If you’re launching or promoting a new product or service, opt in to our New Product or Service Sponsorship. We’ll create a custom sign or sticker for your booth and add a special icon on the floor plan map in the exhibitor directory and a special icon by your exhibit listing, making it easier for attendees to find you and prioritize their visits.
Educational Session Add-Ons
Looking to draw attention to your sponsored educational session? Enhance its visibility by purchasing an ad in our on-site My Meeting Guide. Your ad will be placed in a prominent 2" x 2" space where you can include an image, a brief description, or any relevant details to spotlight your session.
Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity available only for for those with a sponsored education session. Your session will be promoted through a push notification, ensuring maximum visibility and encouraging attendance.
Sponsoring the Show Daily for the Annual Meeting is a strategic opportunity for businesses looking to maximize visibility and impact. The Show Daily acts as the pulse of the conference, delivering highlights, insights, and key updates directly to more than 8,000 inboxes each day of the event.
The newsletter is sent daily during the meeting (Wednesday through Saturday), and sponsors have the flexibility to update their creative for each day.

A promotional e-newsletter sent to 8,000+ O&P industry participants is dedicated to highlighting manufacturers and related events that will take place in conjunction with the Academy Annual Meeting. This price includes just the room. If you need A/V or any F&B, we will connect you directly with a hotel representative.
