Emma Laws serves as an Education Specialist at the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (the Academy). She holds a Master’s degree in Education and has been designing and delivering educational offerings since 2015, with the past four years dedicated to creating impactful learning experiences for professional associations.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Public History and Archaeology, Emma brings more than 15 years of expertise in archival creation and content development. Her career blends a strong foundation in historical research and documentation with a passion for educational innovation.
Since joining the Academy in November 2024, Emma has focused on developing dynamic microlearning modules, certificate programs, and continuing education resources that empower O&P professionals to expand their knowledge and enhance patient care.
