Good to Know
- Each exhibit purchase includes two complimentary full-conference registrations.
- To redeem your complimentary registrations, use your Access Key, which is the same code you use to log in to your Academy online vendor portal.
- If you have questions or cannot access your portal to locate your Access Key, please contact kfeuling@oandp.org.
- Additional registrations beyond your complimentary badges can be purchased during the same checkout process at a discounted rate.
- Early bird rates close January, 8, 2027.

Badge Access & Registration Details
- Complimentary & Additional Exhibitor Badges: All complimentary and additional exhibitor badges include admission to the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception.
- Exhibit Hall Meals: All badges include meals hosted in the exhibit hall during the day(s) covered by the badge.
- Welcome Reception Only: Need to add someone for the Wednesday evening reception only? Please purchase a Welcome Reception badge.
- Spouses & Children: All spouses and children must be registered separately. To register, please visit the main registration page.
Key Policies & FAQ
Complimentary Badges
Two full-conference badges are included with each exhibit space.
Your complimentary badge promo code is the same code you use to log in to your vendor portal. Your company’s primary event contact can find this code in the monthly Exhibitor Insider emails.
Enter this code during registration, and the balance for your complimentary badges will be reduced to $0.
If you cannot locate your vendor portal login code, please contact Kate Feuling at kfeuling@oandp.org.
Setup & Tear-Down
Setup:
Tuesday, February 9, 4-8pm
Wednesday, February 10, 8am-4pm
Tear-Down:
Friday, February 12 starting at 3pm.

Badge Refunds
Refunds follow the meeting’s standard policy and may include a processing fee. Ancillary function purchases may be non-refundable.
Protect Yourself from Scams
We do not sell attendee lists or use third-party hotel vendors. Ignore solicitations claiming to sell our attendee list or offer discounted hotel blocks.
