- Each booth purchase includes two complimentary full-conference registrations.
- To redeem your complimentary registrations, use your Access Key, which is the same code you use to log in to your online vendor portal.
- If you have questions or cannot access your portal to locate your key, please contact kfeuling@oandp.org.
- Additional registrations beyond your complimentary badges can be purchased during the same checkout process.

Complimentary Badges
Two full-conference badges are included per exhibit space. A promo code was sent to you via email. If you did not receive your email or are unable to locate the code, contact Kate Feuling at kfeuling@oandp.org.
Setup & Tear-Down
Please follow the setup, tear-down, and venue rules provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Refunds
Refunds follow the meeting’s standard policy and may include a processing fee. Ancillary function purchases may be non-refundable.
Protect Yourself from Scams
We do not sell attendee lists or use third-party hotel vendors. Ignore solicitations claiming to sell our attendee list or offer discounted hotel blocks.
