• The principles of conservative and postoperative orthotic management of cranial deformities 
• The role of physical/occupational therapy during treatment, and the role of the FDA in the manufacture of helmets 
• Review of the evidence for orthotic management of cranial deformity and the mechanisms used for shape capture for the manufacture of helmets
