This session will present findings from multiple completed and ongoing research projects, including a 10-year retrospective cohort study of veterans receiving rehabilitative care at the James A. Haley Veterans Affairs Amputation Specialty Care Clinic. Key insights include the relationships between prosthesis use, pain, skin conditions, weight, and prosthesis source, as well as the impact of comorbidities such as diabetes and peripheral vascular disease on mobility outcomes.
